Educational Programs

Change of Atmosphere (COA) offer a wide variety of educational programs for events. These programs are interchangeable and can stand-alone.  Together they provide a solid foundation for any event to offer education, entertainment, personal empowerment, and inspiration.

Awareness Village

At the core of COA programs is the Awareness Village. It represents the sum of COA’s educational programs, one of the most innovative and effective tools for the dissemination of solution-focused experienced-based education. Designed with the Sustainability Code of Ethics in mind, it engages a patron in active participation within all aspects of an event experience including: concessions, merchandising, performances, workshops, demonstrations, education, art, and community discussion. It functions as an open epicenter for growth in the human understanding of sustainability by providing an abundant and effective space to imagine and explore possibility.

Conscious Organizations and Vendors

Recognizing the importance of global awareness and local action, COA recruits local and regional non-profit organizations and businesses, the backbone of the Awareness Village, to disseminate information around sustainability.  These entities create a foundation for sharing and involvement, introducing event patrons into a deeper understanding of the social and commercial efforts sustainability, concerns and solutions.  Incorporating local stakeholders enhances the integrity, education, and longevity that any event serves to its bioregional community.
